A TRULY SPECTACULAR INDOOR OBSTACLE RACE

Are you up for the challenge?

The Ninja World Open challenges athletes with 35 advanced Ninja-style obstacles, all to be completed within a 25-minute time cap. The winner is determined by the most obstacles cleared in the shortest time.

This exclusive event is limited to 100 participants and offers separate race divisions for men and women. All finalists receive cash prizes, while the champions earn the prestigious title of Ninja World Champion and have their names engraved on the Ninja World Hall of Fame trophies.

The competition unfolds over a single day, starting with morning qualification runs where athletes compete individually, starting every 3 minutes. The top 4 men and women advance to the afternoon finals, facing off in head-to-head races to claim the ultimate victory.

Showers and Sauna
You will need to bring a photo id if you want to use the changing rooms/showers/sauna.  

Spectators and supporters
Free entrance for spectators and supporters on race-day as long as there’s room. Register in the reception upon arrival. Spectators and supporters wanting to use the gym or swimming pool get 50,- SEK discount during compettion weekend (Fri 14 Nov – Sun 16 Nov).

GALAXY GET-TOGETHER

Saturday 15 November from 17:30-20:30. Join us for a post-race celebration open to all athletes, volunteers, supporters, family, friends, and community members. Free entry for everyone.  Pre-registration is required for the buffet. Register by 10 November 2025. 

Not eating? No registration is needed if you just want to attend the Awards Ceremony and socialize.

GENERAL INFO

The Ninja competition involves moving from one obstacle directly to the next without running between the obstacles. The obstacles are highly advanced and require efficient technique and grip endurance.

A judge accompanies each competitor around the entire track to ensure that the obstacles are completed correctly.

The competition course features all the obstacles located on the second floor of Ninja World at Sports Club Vallentuna. If you want to practice the obstacles before the competition, you are welcome at any time as a visitor, click here for more info. Regular entry fees apply.

The best result on the men’s and women’s side each receives a prize of SEK 20,000, second place receives 10,000, third place receives 5,000, and fourth place receives 2,000. All finalists win a free start entry to next years race.

During competition weekend (14-16 Nov) registered athletes get free access to the entire gym facility and swimming pools, accompanying friends and family members  get 50,- SEK discount on the entry fee. Free entrance for spectators on race-day as long as there’s room.

Free car parking is available up to 3 or 8 hours with a parking disc, see local signage. By train (Roslagsbanan), it is easy to get to Vallentuna Centrum, and from there it’s just about a 5-minute walk to the facility.

Vallentuna Stenugnsbageri has a café within the facility.

Age limit: minimum 18 years or with parental consent at least 12 years.

Winners get their names engraved on the winning trophies which are kept on display in the Ninja World trophy cabinet at Sports Club Vallentuna.
